you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Functional Safety Process Compliance Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and
ISO21434 requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Verify that work products and safety
activities are executed and documented according to project requirements,
functional safety processes and procedures. Review quality gates functional safety
deliverables and evidence. Escalate critical safety compliance issues. Monitor safety-related risks and
non-conformities. Support release recommendations for
safety-critical products and processes changes. Audit and Assessment Management Plan and conduct: Confirmation reviews Functional Safety Audits (FSA) Functional Safety Assessments (FSA) Internal process audits Track audit findings and closure actions. Report compliance status to management and
project teams. Audit Metrics and Reporting Define and monitor KPIs such as: Audit findings closure rate Functional safety compliance rate Process adherence metrics Number of safety-related non-conformities Assessment readiness status Process Improvement Analyze audit results, lessons learned, and
safety incidents. Drive continuous improvement initiatives
for safety and quality processes. Support root cause analysis for quality and
safety-related issues. Verify implementation of corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA). Safety Work Product Reviews Top Level Safety Requirements (TLSR) Technical Safety Concepts (TSC) Safety Case Safety Analysis (DC, FMEDA, SPFM, LFM, FIT
rate and etc.) Safety Verification Plan Safety Validation Reports Confirmation Measures documentation Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 and the functional safety lifecycle. Experience with HARA, FMEA/DFMEA, FTA, FMEDA, safety concepts, and safety requirements management. Reviewed and assessed safety work products
such as Safety Plans, Safety Cases, Technical Safety Concepts, verification plans, validation reports and confirmation-measures documentation. Audited cross-functional hardware, software, design, verification, and systems teams to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 across the product lifecycle by verifying work products, reviewing quality gates, and escalating critical issues.
