Hiring Range
$16.20 - $21.08/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
Overview
Performs a broad range of administrative, clerical, staffing coordination, and operational support functions for the Centralized Staffing and Integrated Command Center (IC3) departments. Supports daily operations by assisting with workforce coordination, staffing optimization, scheduling processes, payroll/timekeeping functions, and communication across multiple departments and facilities. Contributes to the overall success of the division by promoting operational efficiency and supporting the mission, vision, and values of Riverside Health System. Under the direction of department leadership, reviews time records, enters payroll pay codes, audits time punches, processes payroll adjustments, and generates staffing, scheduling, productivity, and operational reports as needed.
What you will do
- Supports Service Excellence by promoting exceptional customer service, professional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving across Centralized Staffing and IC3 operations.
- Coordinates staffing operations by identifying coverage needs, filling vacancies, communicating staffing updates, monitoring workforce metrics, generating reports, and assisting with scheduling and onboarding activities.
- Provides administrative support for Centralized Staffing and IC3 leadership through documentation management, workflow coordination, data tracking, and operational support to ensure efficient department operations.
- Manages payroll and workforce records by resolving scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping issues, processing approved adjustments, ensuring accurate labor allocation, and maintaining confidential employee records in compliance with organizational policies.
