[What the role is]
Role is responsible to review and govern the performance management system in BCA[What you will be working on]
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing performance management policies, frameworks, and practices to sustain a capable and performance-oriented workforce and ensure BCA remains progressive and competitive.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in line with best practices, organisational needs, and Public Service guidelines. This includes engaging relevant stakeholders to gather feedback on current performance management processes and co-develop solutions.
- Design and implement tools, templates, and resources to support effective performance conversations and appraisals.
- Facilitate annual performance appraisal and ranking exercise.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Leverage data and digital tools to conduct analysis on performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and reporting to the senior management.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on performance management matters.
[What we are looking for]
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in HR, such as in the performance management or HR policy development would be an advantage.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to multi-task, undertake pressure in a fast-paced environment and meticulous.
