Title: Software Engineer
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET) and Python for automation, integrations, data processing, and backend development.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and Python.
Build and enhance web applications, APIs, and backend services using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET.
Develop Python-based solutions to support automation, system integrations, data processing, and backend functionality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that support business objectives.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing activities.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
Work with databases, APIs, and integrated systems to support business and operational needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Python for automation, integrations, data processing, backend development, or related software engineering activities.
Experience developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
