SAP SF Stories Reporting Consultant/Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant / Developer to join a reporting project focused on delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Stories.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business and reporting requirements, translating them into clear technical solutions.
• Work directly with internal business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide reporting guidance.
• Translate business needs into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Stories reports and dashboards.
• Support report testing, validation, troubleshooting, and refinement based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project team members and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, solutions, and best practices.

Required Experience:

• Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Stories and Stories reporting/dashboard development.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a project team.
• Good understanding of reporting design and analytics concepts.
