JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Self-motivated professional to lead multidisciplinary teams in the Hohenwald and Waynesboro areas. Provides clinic-based outpatient treatment services to a partial caseload of children, adolescents, and their families, including initial clinical assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, and crisis consultations. Involved in various organizational initiatives as opportunities arise. Maintains client's clinical documentation and attend scheduled meetings.
This position will serve as a Licensed Clinic Manager in an Outpatient Clinic with primary responsibilities of supervising a team of Outpatient therapists and if applicable, Outpatient Team Leader. May also provide clinical supervision as needed. This position will report to the Regional Vice-President and requires a LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT active license in the state of Tenn and has the approval of the licensing board to provide clinical supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative oversight for Outpatient staff (psychiatrist staff, therapists and, nursing staff) and to include caseload management, handling of referrals, monitoring productivity, and offering guidance and support
- Provide clinical supervision for therapists as needed including weekly clinical supervision for therapists, crisis management support as needed, and management of a trauma-focused, clinical training program in effective treatment modalities
- Attend administrative oversight with Regional Vice-President
- Monitor therapy referrals to make ensure there is a disposition within the time frames
- Complete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure appropriate onboarding and training for all new staff
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other clinical staff and leaders within Centerstone in order to better facilitate services for clients
- Assist in trouble shooting with outpatient staff to ensure their success in providing services
- Develop strategy for coverage of caseloads when an outpatient therapist position is vacant
- Conduct staff evaluations at intervals determined for all staff on the team
- Complete Adverse Occurrence Clinical reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Complete clinical audits as assigned
- Monitor and correct service and billing failures
- Interview and hire for vacant positions
- Coordinate psychiatric and nursing services with the Regional Psychiatrist and Director of Nursing

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Applicant must have a master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy or related field required.
Years of Experience
Supervisory experience is preferred and/or experience providing behavioral health services with children and teens.
Certification/Licensure
Licensure (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, and LMFT) in the state of Tennessee is required.
