What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch landscaping services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- Maintaining perennial beds
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required)
- Supporting snow and ice management during winter months
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
- At least 20 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Landscaping experience is a plus-but not required!
