We are looking for a:


Telephone Customer Advisor / Call Center Agent (m/f/d) – On-site in Valencia (Spain)


Full-time


This position is based on-site at our location in Valencia. Occasional home office days during the week may be possible, but your regular presence at our Valencia office is required.

As a Customer Advisor / Call Center Agent (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers and resolve their concerns quickly and competently. In this role, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and support the success of our ALZURA B2B Marketplace, one of Europe's largest B2B purchasing platforms in the automotive industry.

Your daily tasks

  • First point of contact by phone for customers, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Receiving, processing, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints by phone and via a ticketing system

  • Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system


What we expect from you

  • Native-level Spanish (spoken and written) and fluent English skills (minimum C1 level, spoken and written).

  • Enjoyment of working with people and a strong service orientation

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles

  • German  skills are a nice-to-have
