Role summary:As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead product strategy across a broad portfolio, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role requires shaping complex product visions, managing multi-product roadmaps, and influencing senior stakeholders to align on strategic priorities. You will guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and emerging technologies to optimize product outcomes. Your leadership will elevate product management practices and foster innovation, ensuring measurable value realization while supporting continuous improvement and organizational growth.
About the team:
Our team is dedicated to transforming transportation capabilities through advanced optimization and visibility solutions. Collaborating across business, operations, engineering, and data science, we develop high-performance algorithms for freight consolidation and dynamic routing to enhance capacity and efficiency. We build a unified platform that integrates multi-channel telematics to provide end-to-end visibility, predictive insights, and real-time alerts. Central to our work is working on a horizontal transportation AI tool to contextualize data, anticipate risks, and recommend /deliver optimal actions, driving innovation and operational excellence in complex logistics environments.
What you'll do:
- Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to address complex customer problems and prioritize product requirements.
- Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and transforming insights into actionable problem statements.
- Guide product lifecycle management, including MVP development, launch execution, and long-term optimization.
- Influence enterprise prioritization through strategic narratives and opportunity-sizing models.
- Mentor product managers and promote best practices to elevate product management discipline.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in product strategy development and management across multiple related products or large portfolios.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
- Expertise in defining and evolving product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Strong skills in customer and problem understanding using design thinking, journey mapping, and process analysis.
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and experimentation to guide objective product decisions.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor peers and elevate product management practices organization-wide.
- Experience managing product lifecycle from MVP through scalable launch and ongoing optimization.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
