Team Overview
The Marketing team at Buró de Crédito, powered by TransUnion, is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering integrated marketing strategies that support both commercial and consumer objectives. The team leads B2B Marketing, B2C Marketing, Brand Marketing, Internal Communications, and External Communications, working closely with Product and Commercial teams to accelerate strategic growth opportunities. This role reports to the country leadership team and partners extensively with regional and global Marketing stakeholders#LI-MR1 This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall Marketing strategy for Buró de Crédito, ensuring alignment with local business priorities and regional and global objectives.
- Develop and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on strategic accounts to accelerate pipeline growth, revenue generation, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with Commercial and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, prioritize target accounts, and optimize demand generation efforts.
- Drive integrated B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, brand management, corporate communications, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Establish marketing performance frameworks and KPIs to measure business impact, brand health, demand generation effectiveness, and engagement outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the Mexican market, influencing regional and global stakeholders on growth priorities, investment decisions, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders, including the General Manager, Commercial leadership, and international stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency partnerships, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment and business results.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary marketing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 15+ years of progressive Marketing experience, including senior leadership roles with accountability for strategy, execution, and measurable business results.
- Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), leveraging targeted engagement strategies to drive growth across strategic accounts and strengthen Marketing and Sales alignment.
- Experience leading integrated B2B and B2C Marketing organizations, including Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, and Customer Engagement functions.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership teams and managing stakeholder relationships across local, regional, and global organizations.
- Strong background operating within complex multinational and matrixed organizations, building consensus and driving business outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Required Technical Skills
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy design, execution, and performance optimization.
- Marketing analytics, KPI development, dashboard reporting, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Demand Generation and Lead Management strategy development.
- Budget planning, resource management, and agency oversight.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong executive communication and presentation skills.
