Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead solution design and architecture reviews for software development initiatives
- Perform upfront analysis and architecture-focused design activities
- Translate architectural direction into detailed designs for delivery teams
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and governance requirements
Analysis & Planning
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define solution scope
- Identify requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
- Support architecture governance and review processes
- Create and maintain required architecture artifacts and documentation
Integration & System Design
- Design and evaluate system interactions and data flows
- Define integration approaches across applications and services
- Assess API, file-based, and event-driven integration patterns
- Consider both customer-facing and employee-facing channel impacts
Required Technical Skills (3-5+ Years Experience)
Requirements Analysis & Solution Scoping
- Translate business goals into functional and non-functional requirements

Solution Design & Governance
- Produce designs aligned with architecture principles, standards, and target-state vision
- Prepare solutions for architecture council reviews and compliance assessments
Architecture Documentation
- Create and maintain architecture deliverables using approved templates and standards
- Ensure artifacts are complete and review-ready
Process & Workflow Modeling
- Model business and system workflows
- Identify handoffs, failure points, and optimization opportunities
System Interaction & Integration Design
- Understand application interactions and data flows
- Design conceptual integrations across platforms and services
Integration Architecture
- Knowledge of:
