Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Observe residents for medication effectiveness, reactions, and changes in condition, reporting concerns to the nursing team.
- Document medication administration and resident information accurately and timely.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as permitted by certification and facility guidelines.
- Maintain medication carts, medication rooms, and supplies in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor medication inventory and notify appropriate staff of replenishment needs.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance procedures at all times.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident needs and requests.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Qualifications

- Schedule: Days, Evenings
- Everyother weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must have a valid CMT license through the Maryland Board of Nursing
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
