IREF Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Planning, controlling, and managing the delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
• Responsibility for project performance and maintaining project profitability.
• Preparing cost forecasts and customer invoicing plans on a monthly basis to support financial reporting and project progress tracking.
• Monitoring and managing project expenditures.
• Supervising and coordinating project risk management activities.
• Planning and allocating resources required for project execution.
• Supporting the preparation of tenders, bid evaluations, and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing outsourced work.
• Negotiating and representing the company in discussions with clients.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements across assigned projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, including a track record of independently managed projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies; familiarity with FIDIC standards is an advantage.
• Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of independence, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
• Results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving objectives.
• Experience managing industrial refrigeration projects and relevant construction/engineering certifications would be an advantage.
• Communicative level of English.
• Valid Category B driving license.
