Responsibilities:
- Provides first point of contact for HR support to employees and managers across our global offices, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, benefits, perks and redirecting as needed to appropriate team members.
- Manages and organizes new hire onboarding including communications with other internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional experience.
- Leads the off-boarding process including but not limited to HRIS changes, payroll & benefit updates.
- Ensures our HRIS system (BambooHR) and surrounding processes meet the needs of the organization, employees and other stakeholders through researching best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
- Assist on various HR projects, including implementation support, and system optimization related to HR & benefits operations, dashboards, complex reporting, data management, security, and data integrity for Bamboo and HR systems applications.
- Maintain and support HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Administration of benefits programs including but not limited to working with our third-party benefits brokers and insurance carriers, processing employees’ questions, leave of absence claims, program maintenance and improvements, and facilitating times of open enrollment.
- Supports payroll by accurately processing changes in HRIS and internal systems, tracking these changes on a bi-monthly basis.
- Prepares employment verification letters and other correspondence, reports and presentations as required.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Finance Statistics, Information Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, inclusive of co-op or internship roles, ideally with HRIS and other HR systems
- Experience with North American benefits administration an asset.

This position offers a salary range of 46,800 - 46,900 CAD per year. The role is for an existing vacancy.
