Description
Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Senior EHS Analyst. This is a Full-Time role working onsite (Monday-Friday, Daylight).
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and support the environmental, health, safety, and security at the Camarillo, CA facility. Responsibilities include directing EHS activities at the location, internal reporting of EHS performance, communication of and compliance with national, state, and local regulatory requirements, assuring accurate and complete EHS reporting of metrics, assuring closure of Eaton MESH and regulatory agency findings on a timely basis, along with completion of required training for EHS and other site personnel.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $99000 - $145000 a year.

## What you’ll do:
- Manage site environmental compliance programs, permits, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Support regulatory inspections and resolve findings.
- Manage hazardous waste, wastewater, stormwater, air emissions, and chemical management programs.
- Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain environmental records, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Provide environmental training and technical support to site personnel.
- Review environmental impacts of process changes, new equipment, and capital projects.
- Track environmental metrics and support sustainability initiatives.
- Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership to reduce environmental risk.
- Lead and support the site in achieving EHS targets & objectives while creating a Zero Incident Safety culture. Supports development, maintenance, and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiatives.
- Facilitates risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Supports site leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.
- Facilitate establishment & engagement of the site MESH Team in ownership of the MESH elements.
- Facilitates EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
- Works with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS national, state, and local regulations.
- Uses established EHS data processes such as MESH Prism to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.
- Support the creation of training matrices to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to completion.
- Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place, on a PM program, and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.
- Manages the OSHA employee Right-to-Know and EPA Community Right-to-Know and Facility Risk Management programs.
- Conducts various training programs to meet regulatory requirements and assists in training new employees on EHS.
- Maintains and monitors current information and plant compliance on government EHS regulations and corporate policy.
- Work with Supervisors and FLL to conduct or update current Workstation Risk Assessments.
- Supports site responsibility for all environmental requirements for the site. Reviews data at regular intervals to ensure compliance and manages non-compliances following MESH guidelines
- Evaluate jobs for possible ergonomic improvements (body mechanics, lifts, hoists, manipulators, etc.) and implement these work design changes.
- Coordinates all OSHA compliance programs, including, but not limited to; PPE Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Blood Borne Pathogen, Foot Protection and Eye Protection, Confined Space, Contractor safety, and Hazard communication.
- Serves as a leader of the facility’s Ergonomics and Risk Assessment Team
## Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- 3+ year experience in EH&S in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Safety Management, Natural Sciences or an Engineering Discipline.
- Aerospace experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Experience managing environmental programs, permits, and regulatory reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and conduct field inspections.
