What is the opportunity?
You will advance the AI capabilities of Operational Risk by supporting risk subject matter experts in the identification and documentation of AI use cases and their requirements. Through leveraging partnerships with AI and technology development teams, you will also support the delivery of AI use cases. This role requires a combination of business and technical skills to ensure Operational Risk AI needs are effectively being met.
What will you do?
- Partner with Operational Risk Subject Matter Experts to understand their AI needs and ensure requirements are being met
- Assist in the documentation of AI use cases throughout the AI development lifecycle including intake, scoping, and detailed requirements
- Experiment with readily available Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop expertise used to support the business in identifying AI opportunities and best practices
- Actively support AI adoption as a change champion within the business
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
- Strong experience using AI, with demonstrable experience in prompt engineering
- Experience creating and running Python scripts
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Winter 2027 Student placement with a start date of January 2027, and end date of April 2027. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2027 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2027), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
