Position Overview

The Family Entertainment Host is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by engaging with both children and adults through a variety of entertainment activities. This role involves supervising and leading activities in the Beach House / Teen Cub, including arts, crafts, and other creative projects for children, as well as hosting events for adult guests such as trivia, games, and themed activities. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and able to excite and engage crowds, encouraging participation in upcoming events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in the Beach House & Teen Zone ensuring their safety and enjoyment during activities.
• Plan, organize, and lead creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and themed games.
• Host and facilitate entertainment for adult guests, including trivia, games, and special events.
• Interact with guests of all ages to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
• Serve as the “hype” to energize and encourage guest participation in upcoming entertainment events.
• Assist with audio-visual (AV) setup for shows, activities, and events.
• Play and monitor sound levels of appropriate music for sessions.
• Ensure the correct usage and storage of all Kids Club resources and equipment, reporting any faults, damage and /or replacement through the appropriate channels.
• Communicate and coordinate with the supervisor and Entertainment Manager to ensure smooth operation of the family entertainment program.
• Uphold company safety standards
• Assist with Waterslide supervision
• Attend Welcome Meetings, Managers Cocktails Receptions and participate in Arrival Assistance Duties
• Perform as an active ambassador for Maho Group, carrying out company policies and directives and ensuring that the programs as specified or approved are delivered and ensuring that the programs as specified or approved are delivered according to Maho Group standards
• Support the overall Entertainment Operation with a proactive attitude, excellent communication and positive approach.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including the highest standards of punctuality, professionalism and politeness.
