- Process, scan, index, and maintain official court records using CCAP.
- Open new cases and accurately update case and financial information.
- Attend court hearings, record minutes, administer oaths, mark exhibits, and assist with courtroom technology.
- Prepare and distribute court notices, orders, and other required documents.
- Schedule hearings, interpreters, and other court-related activities.
- Assist with jury management and respond to juror questions.
- Help attorneys, self-represented litigants, and members of the public navigate court procedures within established guidelines.
- Work alongside judges, attorneys, justice partners, and fellow court professionals to keep daily court operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Two years of clerical, administrative, customer service, or office experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to learn court procedures, technology, and CCAP.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a busy environment and during challenging interactions.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and public service.
