Senior Manager Supply Chain Analytics & S&OP

Our North America Operations team balances service, demand, and supply across a fast-moving, seasonal portfolio. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics & S&OP is the analytical backbone of TaylorMade's North America Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement across the S&OP cycle.

This individual provides leadership visibility into key performance trends through reporting, data validation, and analysis across planning, service, inventory, logistics, and operations. They also lead and develop a team responsible for delivering accurate analytics and strengthening business intelligence capability across the North America Operations organization.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

S&OP Analytics & Process:

• Supports the North America S&OP process by preparing analytics and review materials that align Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, and Operations around demand, supply, service, and inventory considerations.
• Directs the team's preparation of pre-read materials, variance narratives, and executive-level presentations for monthly S&OP cycles, lessons-learned reviews, and consensus forecast sessions.
• Develops scenario and trade-off analysis for executive reviews to support decisions on capacity allocation, product priorities, service levels, and inventory balance.
• Partners with Sales, Demand Management, and Supply Planning to identify root causes of forecast bias, service performance gaps, and planning misalignment.
• Contributes to S&OP process maturity initiatives — documentation, playbook development, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement.
• Supports ACE (Automation Creates Efficiency) 2030 initiative by identifying data and reporting opportunities to reduce manual, redundant analytical work across the S&OP cycle.
• Represents the intelligence function in cross-functional planning forums, ensuring output is clear, relevant, and actionable for business stakeholders.

Reporting, Tools & Performance Visibility:

• Oversees the team's build and maintenance of operational dashboards and reporting tools, including Domo, Excel/Power Query, and ERP data extracts from systems such as Oracle.
• Partners with Supply Planning to help leadership understand planning, service, and operational performance.
• Leverages ERP, BI, and reporting tools to automate recurring analysis and support S&OP reviews.
• Tracks OTTP and OTTR performance, identifying product categories driving service-level gaps against target thresholds.
• Ensures warehouse and network performance analysis — on-time delivery, PO tracking, receiving timeliness — is timely, accurate, and actionable.
• Analyzes freight and logistics performance, including mode selection and cost variance, to identify cost-to-serve savings and premium-freight risk.
• Maintains data quality and validation across planning systems, flagging discrepancies affecting reporting accuracy.

People Leadership:

• Manages and develops a team, setting priorities, reviewing output quality, and building long-term analytical and business intelligence capability.
• Establishes clear ownership for recurring deliverables while flexing resources to support peak planning cycles and ad hoc requests.
• Mentors team members on advanced analytical tools and planning concepts, translating insights into practical management recommendations.

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, Power Query or equivalent) required.
• Experience with major ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and BI/reporting tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, and to coach others to do the same.
• Experience supporting formal S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable operating as a connector across Sales, Finance, and Operations rather than working in a silo.
• Prior people management experience, or clear readiness to lead and develop a small team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to multiple concurrent priorities.
• Interest in sports strongly preferred; passion/interest/knowledge for golf a plus.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand/supply planning, or financial planning & analysis, ideally within consumer products, apparel, footwear, or hardgoods.
• 2-3+ years of people leadership experience.
• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification a plus.
• Golf industry knowledge/experience preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
• Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
• Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
• Frequent travel may be required.

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
