Associate Scientist, MSAT Development Services Laboratory
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Site-based with limited flexibility

What you will do
- Execute laboratory studies and analytical testing following established procedures and scientific protocols.
- Collect, analyze, and document experimental data to support development activities.
- Prepare study protocols, reports, presentations, and other technical documentation with guidance from senior team members.
- Support laboratory operations, including equipment monitoring, maintenance, and documentation review.
- Participate in safety initiatives and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal project teams and provide updates on study progress and results.
- Complete required training and continue developing technical expertise across laboratory functions.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in biotechnology, laboratory operations, manufacturing, research, or a related technical environment preferred.
- Ability to follow scientific procedures and established laboratory practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately document work and interpret data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
