Senior Manager, Business Enablement - Temporary Worker

Job Description:

• Temporary assignment starting ASAP for 6 months.

The Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy is trusted to independently drive projects requiring both strategic and operational expertise. Success in this role requires sound judgment on complex or ambiguous initiatives, comfort navigating data and measurement challenges across all phases of marketing planning and activation, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and client stakeholders. The ability to solve client problems, understand how media, marketing performance, and customer behavior work together, and know how marketing channels and data inform one another is essential to success in this role. You will identify performance gaps and growth opportunities, translate them into measurement-backed recommendations, and develop plans that grow client relationships. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the development of strategic omni-channel marketing plans that connect media performance, channel mix, and business outcomes 

• Be a subject matter expert and translate new technology and market trends into new marketing ideas for clients  

• Monitor current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies, and translate them into new marketing ideas for clients 

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with client contacts and stakeholders, becoming embedded in the client's business 

• Maintain strong cross-functional alignment, ensuring clarity, communication, and smooth coordination with operations, media, and other marketing teams 

• Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions and original thinking 

• Collaborate with team leadership (account management, operations, analytics) and partner agencies/teams to turn ideas into executable plans. 

• Diagnose business and performance trends, and use influential communication with senior stakeholders to demonstrate impact of strategy and marketing investment 

• Manage budget with discipline and reallocate resources to optimize long-term performance  

• Support and strengthen the team's marketing strategy skills 

• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences 

 

Experience 

• Bachelor's degree required 

• 6+ years' experience in marketing strategy, media, consulting, business enablement, or a related field. 

• 3+ years working in an agency or consulting firm.  

• Retail and/or automotive industry experience preferred 

• Experience leading end-to-end marketing strategy in a complex, multi-account business 

• Experience leading and developing high-performing team members 

• Hands-on skills using data and research to guide decisions  

• Proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Power BI dashboard interpretation, and research tools.  

• Experience translating data analysis into relevant marketing recommendations

The hourly pay range for this position is $95.00 - $105.42. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
