Encompass Administrator

FocusOne Mortgage Solutions is seeking a skilled Empompass Administrator to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting our mortgage operations by ensuring the smooth daily use, maintenance, and optimization of Encompass360. The ideal candidate has strong mortgage process knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive compliance and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for Encompass360 daily use, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Act as a liaison between staff, clients, IT, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure system changes and updates to staff and clients.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting within Encompass.
• Recommend and implement process or system improvements.

What We're Looking For

•  2+ years of experience with Encompass360 administration and/or IT support.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle (origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and secondary).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Encompass360 certification preferred.
