About the Position
The Santa Cruz Warriors are looking for an experienced sales executive to lead our Ticket Sales and Service Department. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and elevate the fan experience by executing a comprehensive season ticket, mini-plan, and retention strategy. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Ticket Sales and Membership Services teams, partner with our Group Sales Manager to hit annual revenue goals, and build a high-performing, community-focused sales culture. This position reports to the Vice President, Business Development.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Account Executives on the Ticket Sales & Service team
- Closely monitor productivity levels of sales representatives
- Lead all season ticket members and membership retention efforts to obtain overall revenue and attendance goals
- Lead all season tickets and mini plan sales strategy and execution
- Design and handle reporting protocols to monitor performance
- Develop, refine, and handle season ticket membership holder benefit programs that improve brand loyalty and drive retention
- Develop and maintain organization of ticketing related marketing collateral requests
- Drive customer database strategic initiatives including website and ticket holder surveys
- Develop and exercise sales and service training programs, including follow-up trainings
- Liaison with Golden State’s sales operations to build out outbound campaigns
- Lead and execute ticket sales for external events (i.e., concerts, shows, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies, ticket sales inventory management, and align ticketing priorities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Ticket Sales & Service team members; foster a culture of positivity and continuous growth
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in the field of ticket sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace, Arctics, and Salesforce CRM
- Strong leadership, mentoring, collaboration and relationship-building talents
- Consistent track record handling a budget and driving sales revenues
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be dedicated and flexible in the face of change and last-minute initiatives.

Compensation
- $72,500 Per Year + Commission + Bonus
