Starbucks Supervisor

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding operational and customer service standards while supporting all areas of the Starbucks operation. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Starbucks operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role supports management by upholding company standards, monitoring team performance, providing training and coaching, and delivering hands-on leadership to ensure efficient daily operations. The Supervisor may also assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and development while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members.
• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving operational goals.
• Train, coach, and support employees to ensure company standards are met.
• Deliver and promote exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving concerns.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, health and safety, and company policies.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform hands-on duties as required and support all areas of the operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or related environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive movements as required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems, coffee equipment, and other operational tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
