Position: SUB-CONTRACTOR - Direct to Consumer Department

Location: Canada

Compensation: Average 1st Year O.T.E: $105,000

our Direct to Consumer department and are seeking dynamic Sales Managers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, manage, and motivate YOUR team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales

targets.

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales.

● Coach and mentor your team, providing ongoing support and training.

● Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactics to meet evolving market demands.

● Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the

telecommunications, solar, or HVAC sales fields.

● Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

● Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

● Legal Requirements: Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.

● Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
