Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Sales Support Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting LATAM Sales Operations processes across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely execution of business-critical activities within Salesforce, SAP, MC1, Angular, MicroStrategy and related platforms. The role provides operational support to business stakeholders, functional teams and team members across LATAM, promotes process standardization, develops and maintains process documentation, and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification and operational efficiency. The position acts as a key liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring high-quality service, process compliance and operational excellence.
Your Impact
As LATAM Sales Enablement Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of …
- Execute and maintain critical Sales Operations processes across LATAM markets, ensuring accuracy, SLAs and business continuity.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve process maps, desktop procedures (DTPs), work instructions and knowledge management documentation to ensure consistency and operational continuity.
- Identify and promote best practices across countries, supporting the standardization of activities, tools and operational processes throughout LATAM.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, simplification initiatives and efficiency gains through automation, elimination of non-value-added activities and operational optimization.
- Partner with business users, IT teams and operations, stakeholders to gather requirements, address issues, communicate solutions and support implementation activities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data updates within Salesforce, SAP, MC1, OCH, Angular and related systems through validation, testing and quality control activities.
- Effectively manage multiple requests and competing priorities while maintaining established timelines, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and matain reporting and dashboard activities by validating information, identifying data discrepancies and providing operational analysis to business teams.
- Maintain process repositories, documentation libraries and operational knowledge assets to support onboarding, business continuity and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members across LATAM, providing operational support, knowledge sharing and backup coverage when required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data & Analytics or related field.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and applications: Excel Advanced (including macros), Power Point
- Desired knowledge of Salesforce, MC1, SAP, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Phyton, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Process documentation and process mapping capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting multi-country and regional operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is required and Portuguese proficiency is a preferred qualification due to the role's interaction with Brazil-based stakeholders and regional LATAM initiatives.
