Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing an engineering function in accordance with company policies, priorities, and budget constraints set forth by senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Plans engineering programs, reviews design and method recommendations, and ensures that engineering activities align with organizational strategy and objectives
Collaborates and coordinates with business unit operating/technical teams to provide engineering services and project management support
Implements effective engineering methods, provides technical guidance, and acts as a resource to engineers
Ensures components, materials, and tools are used to capacity
Coordinates and manages relationships with external vendors and service providers

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
7-10 years’ relevant experience required
Experience leading capital projects, infrastructure initiatives, and cross-functional engineering programs preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
