IT Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative IT Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support business applications, automations, and technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, software development, cloud platforms, SharePoint, and AI-driven solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders across the organization to develop custom applications, automate processes, manage data integrations, and support emerging technologies including Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications using C#, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies.

• Develop and support solutions utilizing Python for automation, data integration, AI, and business process improvement.

• Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document management systems, workflows, and business applications.

• Create and support Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot integrations.

• Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure AI Foundry environments.

• Develop APIs, integrations, and data connections between ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.

• Support AI initiatives, including AI agents, machine learning solutions, and business process automation.

• Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, reports, and data-driven applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and system issues.

• Document development standards, system architecture, and support procedures.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that provide business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with: 
• C#
• .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
• Microsoft Visual Studio
• SQL Server and database development
• SharePoint Online
• Python programming
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and application integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI solution development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile development practices.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, manufacturing, or business systems.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or SharePoint.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity best practices and governance.
