Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en gestion de fournisseurs (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS dans la division Procurement Operations Material sur son site de Blagnac Wings Campus.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes dans le département « Supply Chain and Quality Material Detail parts Belfast, Kinston & Wichita - PIMDZ » en charge de la gestion de fournisseurs de pièces élémentaires métalliques dans le cadre du projet Sparrow.

Ce stage consistera à supporter l’équipe dédiée à l’A350. Cette équipe, localisée à Blagnac, gère des fournisseurs de pièces élémentaires basés en Europe, Asie et Amérique du Nord. 

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Février 2027.

Encadré par votre tuteur, vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Définir et mettre en place une stratégie de développement fournisseurs incluant la surveillance opérationnelle qualité, en support du Lead Supply Chain Quality Manager (LSCQM), 
• Mettre en place et consolider les indicateurs de performance des fournisseurs nécessaires aux Supplier Business Review (SBR - revue de performance mensuelle avec les fournisseurs), en support des Supply Chain Quality Managers (SCQM) 
• Planifier et valider les livrables des “Production Part Approval Process” (PPAP) avec le SCQM et les fournisseurs; en support du Supply Chain Quality Specialist (SCQS),
• Assister de manière opportune l’équipe dans les tâches opérationnelles, de planification ou organisationnelles 

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer des compétences dans les domaines suivants :

• Gestion opérationnelle de la performance et de la qualité des fournisseurs
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

 

Votre carte d'embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac + 5 à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études dans le domaine de gestion de fournisseurs ou de la qualité ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement 
• Management de projet
• Maîtrise du Pack office et de Google suite
• La connaissance du secteur aéronautique est un plus

Soft Skills :

• Vous avez un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en transverse, au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires. 
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et respectez les procédures et les délais impartis.
• La curiosité ainsi qu’une bonne communication sont des qualités clé pour ce stage

Langues :

• Anglais : avancé
• Français : avancé

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

A "Supplier Management Internship" position has just opened at Airbus SAS within the Procurement Operations Material division at the Blagnac Wings Campus.

You will join a 15-person team in the "Supply Chain and Quality Material Detail Parts (Belfast, Kinston & Wichita) – PIMDZ" department, responsible for managing suppliers of metallic detail parts for the Sparrow project.

This internship involves supporting the team dedicated to the A350 program. Based in Blagnac, this team manages detail part suppliers located in Europe, Asia, and North America. This 6-month internship is ideally scheduled to begin in February 2027.

Under the guidance of your supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing a supplier development strategy—including operational quality monitoring—in support of the Lead Supply Chain Quality Manager (LSCQM),
• Establishing and consolidating supplier performance indicators required for Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs—monthly performance reviews with suppliers), in support of the Supply Chain Quality Managers (SCQMs),
• Planning and validating Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) deliverables with the SCQM and suppliers, in support of the Supply Chain Quality Specialist (SCQS),
• Providing timely assistance to the team with operational, planning, or organizational tasks.

Your supervisor will guide you throughout the internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will allow you to develop skills in the following areas:

• Operational management of supplier performance and quality
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently pursuing a Master’s-level degree (Bac +5) and seeking a final-year internship in supplier management, quality, or a related field.

Ideally, you possess the following skills:

Technical skills:

• Supply chain management
• Project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of the aeronautics sector is a plus

Soft skills:

• You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working cross-functionally within multidisciplinary teams.
• You are rigorous, organized, and adhere to established procedures and deadlines. Curiosity and strong communication skills are key qualities for this internship.
