You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start on Monday through Friday beginning at 3:00 pm and end 11:30 pm each day depending on production needs.

Your main tasks:

• Safely operates a variety of automatic equipment and monitors processes to assure proper application of materials.
• Functions as a team member and contributes to departmental production and quality goals. Performs troubleshooting processes and minor preventative maintenance on machines in accordance with operator’s procedures and checklists. 
• Verify parts are in compliance with quality standards as outlined in operating procedures. 
  Must complete job specific training within 90 days or disqualification will result. 
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
• Ability to navigate and effectively use a touch screen panel
• Demonstrate and perform all tasks in accordance with Operating Procedures and Checklists
•  Ability to Identify parts that do not meet standard.
• Must demonstrate the ability to keep up with production rates
•  Communicate all equipment issues that may hinder production and/or quality undefined

Physical Demands:

• • Able to lift to 35 lbs-40lbs.
  • Able to Walk and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Able to bend at waist
  • Able reach above the shoulder level.
