What you will do

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects through all phases to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with focused on infrastructure, oversee risk management, and communicate progress to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulations:

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams focused on infrastructure (Facilities and Utilities) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, budgets, and quality standards across all phases of product development and support programs, integrating cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced project management methodologies.

·       Develop, implement, and monitor adaptive and comprehensive project execution plans that align with business strategies, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, anticipating risks and pivoting strategies to ensure timely and budget-conscious outcomes.

·       Oversee systems integration and validation processes by managing the development and review of integration and assurance test plans, ensuring adherence to customer and regulatory specifications.

·       Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle, communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and resource constraints.

·       Champion stakeholder engagement through dynamic and transparent communication channels, maintaining consistent reporting with sponsors, key partners, and senior management on project status, risks, costs, and performance metrics.

·       Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics, facilitating lessons learned sessions, benchmarking outcomes, and embedding learning opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities and future delivery cycles.

·       Cultivate a culture of agility and resilience within project teams, empowering members to proactively address challenges and seize emerging opportunities.

·       Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory standards including FDA and other relevant agencies, particularly in manufacturing and regulated environments.

·       Coordinate procurement and management of third-party contractors, suppliers, and consultants to support project objectives and operational handover.

·       Lead project closeout activities including financial reconciliation, documentation archiving, and operational transition to ensure seamless project completion and knowledge retention.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Experience in project management roles within capital projects or dynamic environments.

·   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an active CREA registration or the ability to activate/reactivate it.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams across multiple business units.

·       Fundamental proficiency in project management methodologies and frameworks.

·       English Fluency and Spanish desirable.

 

Desired Qualifications

·       Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.

·       Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to translate complex objectives into actionable plans.

·       Proven expertise in leveraging technology and innovative tools to enhance project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

·       Demonstrated proficiency in advanced project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

·       Strong technical acumen to interpret complex regulatory and technology-based issues impacting product development and compliance.

·       In-depth knowledge of project controls including cost estimation, schedule development, financial assessments, and budget management.

·       Experience navigating regulatory environments governed by agencies ensuring compliance from design through operational startup.

·       Excellent negotiation and contracting skills with a history of successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

·       Familiarity with established project management methodologies such as FPX and Project Delivery Process within multinational engineering contexts.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective partnerships at all organizational levels and with external business partners.

·       Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal skills to inspire diverse teams and navigate high-stakes negotiations effectively.
