Wells Fargo India & Philippines is primarily an extension of the technology, operations, and corporate support teams of Wells Fargo. It engages in application development and support, testing, other technology functions, international operations, knowledge support, and middle and back-end banking process solutions for a wide spectrum of Wells Fargo’s needs. It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila.

 

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Service Delivery Manager who will lead a team of Case Specialists responsible for managing complex and escalated employee cases, delivering Employee Care training, conducting Quality Assurance audits, and providing subject matter expertise across Employee Care processes

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop team of individual contributor roles with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area, and engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with HR service delivery; products and processes may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
• Supervise timely completion, quality, and compliance in one or more complex operation areas
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
• Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers; and interact directly with internal customers
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned department or business group
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in training, quality assurance audits and projects preferred.
• Expertise in HR processes
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher

Job Expectations:

• Leads a team of Case Specialists responsible for managing complex and escalated employee cases, delivering Employee Care training, conducting Quality Assurance audits, and providing subject matter expertise across Employee Care processes
• Supports partners through training insights, operational recommendations, continuous improvement initiatives, project work, and oversight of complex cases
• Candidate must be amenable to work on a graveyard schedule at Taguig City
