What We're Looking For 

A service-driven and detail-oriented VIP Coordinator to support the daily operations of our VIP services. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for high-profile guests throughout their stay. Working in close partnership with the VIP Manager and broader hotel team, the VIP Coordinator helps manage guest preferences, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless and memorable arrival-to-departure journey. This position offers excellent exposure for individuals interested in building a career in VIP Services, Guest Relations, or other Rooms Division roles.

A self-motivated and proactive team member who takes initiative and anticipates guest needs before they arise. Calm and confident under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in real time. 

Discreet and trustworthy, maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. Detail-oriented and organized, consistently following through on guest requests and operational tasks. Naturally personable and empathetic, creating memorable and authentic guest connections. 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Serve as a point of contact for VIP guests, managing preferences, requests, and ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay. 
  • Assist in the coordination of VIP events, experiences, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are accurate and aligned with guest expectations. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, Concierge) to deliver smooth and consistent service. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, logs, and service notes to support personalized experiences. 
  • Help manage VIP reservations, special arrangements, and pre-arrival planning details. 
  • Coordinate entertainment, dining, and transportation needs, including working with third-party vendors. 
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests through various channels (in person, phone, email) with professionalism and urgency. 
  • Support the VIP Manager in executing departmental initiatives and service enhancements. 
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by guest demand and department needs. 

 

Your Experience Includes 

  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.
  • Previous experience with supporting high-profile or VIP guests preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn Property Management Systems required.
  • Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, Alliant, Sertifi, Resy, and Zomato is preferred.
  • Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.       
  • Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled. Position requires prolonged standing and walking repetitively throughout shift.
