POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medicaid National Program Specialist supports the development and implementation of World Relief’s National Medicaid Billing Program within the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) service line. This position supports national projects, coordinates governance, assesses readiness, provides implementation support, engages stakeholders, and tracks reporting and performance across participating U.S. offices. The role works closely with Finance, Privacy, IT, Legal, HR, Procurement, Operations, billing staff, vendors, and local offices to help establish a nationally coordinated model for Medicaid-funded Mental Health, Wellness, and Clinical Case Management services. Specialized functions like revenue cycle operations, billing compliance, privacy, security, and systems administration are maintained by the appropriate functional teams. Through this coordination, the position enhances program implementation, operational consistency, documentation quality, and long-term sustainability.
