What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver, you’ll help residents maintain their independence while providing compassionate support with daily activities.
Your day may include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Helping with meals and creating an enjoyable dining experience
- Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and maintain independence
- Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
- Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in condition
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Supporting residents with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness
- Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- State-required Caregiver certification (or ability to obtain if applicable)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and assisting residents with transfers and mobility. Team members must be able to safely perform resident care while following proper body mechanics and infection control practices.
