Job Summary

Seeking motivated and experienced Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Producers to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a remote environment with a company that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. As a Producer, you will focus exclusively on selling insurance solutions to clients, working with generalist accounts ranging from $500K to $1MM in premium.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000
• Commission Structure: 50/30 splits

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Sell Commercial Lines or Personal Lines insurance products to a diverse client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in insurance sales.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Work Environment: Must be comfortable and effective working in a fully remote setting.
