Description
The Receptionist is often the first person our clients, agents, and visitors meet when they walk through our doors or call our office. At Holliday Ingram, we believe that first impression matters.
We are looking for a warm, professional, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys serving people. This role is about more than answering phones. You will help create a welcoming experience for clients, keep the front office running smoothly, and make sure people get connected to the right person and the right information.
You will be part of a team that values relationships, communicates with care, and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you are someone who notices what needs to be done, enjoys interacting with people, stays calm when things get busy, and takes pride in providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
