THE JOB:
As a Cocktail Service Attendant at The Bellagio’s Club Prive, you’ll keep the energy flowing by delivering prompt, polished drink service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Bring your personality, speed, and attention to detail to an exciting environment where exceptional service helps create unforgettable guest experiences—all while upholding our high standards.
THE STARTING RATE: 14.9053 USD Hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Take order, serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
Place order, garnish and serve cocktails to guests
Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
Answer telephone in service areas and direct calls where necessary
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations and tables
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
21 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
1+ Years of prior relevant experience preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
