  • Analyze quality trends, launch metrics, and process performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence efforts aimed at reducing defects, warranty risks, and customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing, Program Management, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure alignment between product design, manufacturing capability, and customer expectations.
  • Provide regular program quality updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive preventive quality practices to improve product robustness and manufacturing process capability.

Your Background

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Advanced Quality Engineering, Product Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or the Automotive Industry.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, APQP activities, and automotive program development.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR), and Automotive Core Tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T requirements.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as SMT, PCB assembly, electronic module manufacturing, injection molding, connector assembly, wire harness manufacturing, or automated assembly systems.
  • Proven problem-solving experience using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, and Fishbone/Ishikawa methodologies.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support launches, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations.
