High school level of knowledge.
Minimum of two years experience in maintenance type repairs, some plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
Prior hospital maintenance experience desirable.
Ability to operate a variety of plant equipment, hand and power tools.
Knowledge of various mechanical equipment operation and repair. Good interpersonal and communication skills
Possession of a valid New York State Driver’s license desirable.
