  • Contribute to repository hygiene through tagging, structuring, and maintaining past insights.
  • Track research progress, risks, and dependencies using standard workflows.
  • Support stakeholder alignment discussions with evidence driven arguments.
  • Conduct post‑study evaluations to improve future research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
  • Skilled proficiency in a range of methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and task analysis
  • Strong ability to conduct analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience with remote research tools and survey platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma, SharePoint)
  • Ability to independently manage research projects and logistics
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills
  • Experience distilling complex findings into clear, engaging narratives

  • Balances multiple research efforts concurrently with minimal oversight
  • Use of general purpose LLM tools to analyze and synthesize user behavior, identify patterns, and prioritize opportunities
