KS1075 -Full-Time Family Assistant (Housing Provided) - The Hamptons, NY

Overview

A family based in the Hamptons is seeking a top-notch family assistant to help keep everything running smoothly! The schedule is Monday through Friday, about 60 hours a week.  The family has twin four year olds who are in school during the day.  When the children are home, the focus would shift to more primary care of the children's needs.  The position is ready to hire immediately upon finding the right person.  If the candidate is already local, that is great, if not housing can be provided nearby.

Responsibilities

• Daily childcare of two school aged children's needs
• Prep/cook basic meals for the children
• Bedtime routines
• Laundry for the children
• Closet organization and rotation of clothing (seasonal and sizes)
• Some basic child-related cooking
• Oversweeing the housekeeper schedule and needs
• Running errands, as needed
• Researching and scheduling activities for the children, including playdates
• Driving the children to and from school
• Travel with the family, as needed

Requirements

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Comfortable working long days with flexibility for a late evening, on occassion
• Must be able to swim
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Passport ready and open to travel
• Seeking longevity in a role
