Description
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Saturdays | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, based on company needs
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Assemble commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Read engineering drawings, wiring schematics, piping diagrams, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Install sheet metal, coils, insulation, piping, motors, compressors, fans, controls, and accessories.
- Route and secure electrical wiring and components.
- Install refrigeration components and piping.
- Cut, bend, flare, and assemble copper tubing.
- Perform brazing and soldering when qualified.
- Use hand, power, measuring, and torque tools.
- Assist with pressure, leak, and functional testing.
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Complete production documentation.
- Cross-train in different assembly areas.
- Manufacturing, assembly, HVAC, sheet metal, construction, automotive, or industrial equipment experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Basic math and tape-measure skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- HVAC manufacturing or commercial HVAC installation.
- Mechanical or electrical assembly.
- Sheet metal assembly.
- Refrigeration piping.
- Copper brazing or soldering.
- Blueprint or electrical schematic reading.
- Wiring installation.
- Forklift or overhead crane operation.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, squat, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined areas.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Distinguish wire colors and read detailed labels.
- Work around varying temperatures, noise, dust, oils, and industrial equipment.
- Follow PPE, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
