Description
Team Gilbert is looking for a data-driven, detail-obsessed problem-solver to join our People Team as a Business Systems Analyst I or II. If you love turning messy data into clear answers and take pride in getting the details right, this is your chance to be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our HR systems running smoothly — and to grow your career while doing it.
In this role, you'll be trusted with the numbers and records that power decision-making across the entire organization. You'll partner closely with the Data and Operations Manager, the People and Operations Data Strategist, and the broader People Team, building your expertise in enterprise HR systems while directly supporting the people who keep Gilbert running. The primary functions of this position include:
- Championing Gilbert's values while serving as a helpful, collaborative resource to internal teams and stakeholders
- Processing personnel action requests and maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records across HR systems
- Maintaining HR system workflows, procedures, and organizational chart documentation
- Compiling and organizing data to support monthly HR reports and ad hoc requests from leadership
- Performing routine data entry reviews and audits, flagging discrepancies for resolution
- For a full list of duties, please review thejob descriptions here: Business Analyst I & Business Analyst II.
This position is FLSA Exempt and is not eligible for overtime compensation. The anticipated salary hiring offer range for this role is $76,043 - $85,953 for a level I or $80,222 - $90,250 for a level II, depending on individual candidate qualifications.

You are detail-oriented and comfortable working inside HR systems and spreadsheets all day, and you take genuine satisfaction in catching a data error before it becomes a bigger problem. You communicate clearly, ask good questions when instructions aren't perfectly clear, and document your work so the next person can follow it. You're eager to grow your knowledge of HR business systems and enjoy being the reliable, go-to resource for colleagues who need workforce data pulled together quickly and accurately.
At Team Gilbert, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do! Candidates will be considered for either level based on qualifications and experience:
