We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Continuity Analyst to join our Fund Ecosystem Resiliency & Oversight team. This role plays a critical part in advancing our resiliency strategy, strengthening business continuity capabilities, and enhancing supplier resilience across Investment Management Group Service & Counterparty Operations. As part of a global team, you will partner closely with Enterprise stakeholders to evolve operational resilience practices spanning business continuity, cyber resilience, third-party resilience, incident response, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
Business Continuity & Operational Resilience
- Lead continuity planning, business impact analysis, and resiliency activities across IMG Service & Counterparty Operations.
- Support the development, maintenance, testing, and certification of business continuity and cyber recovery plans.
- Coordinate exercises and recovery validations, ensuring preparedness for operational disruptions.
- Provide continuity and recovery expertise during operational incidents, partnering with business, technology, and risk teams to assess impacts, support response activities, and drive post-event improvements.
- Identify resiliency risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities through analysis, testing, and lessons learned.
Supplier Resilience & Risk Oversight
- Support resiliency oversight of critical suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Evaluate supplier recovery capabilities, alternate solutions, and exit strategies.
- Partner with Vendor Management, Risk, and Technology teams to mitigate supplier-related risks and support remediation efforts.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor supplier resilience and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Partnership & Governance
- Build strong partnerships across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Vendor Management teams.
- Provide reporting and insights on resiliency readiness, testing outcomes, and risk exposure.
- Deliver training, guidance, and standards that strengthen organizational resilience capabilities.

Qualifications
Required
- Experience in business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, risk management, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence across teams and communicate effectively with leaders and partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience with business impact analysis, contingency planning, resiliency testing, or crisis management.
- Familiarity with third-party risk management and supplier resilience practices.
- Experience in financial services, investment operations, or custody environments.
- CBCP, MBCP, ABCP, CISA, CISSP, or similar certifications preferred.
