Assembly Associate – 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Location: Sunbury, OH

Job Summary

We are hiring Assembly Associates to join a busy manufacturing operation in Sunbury, OH. This is a hands-on position where you will operate machinery and assemble automotive parts while following safety and quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and can work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts according to established procedures and specifications
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet production and quality expectations
• Work required overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive movements involving hands, arms, and body
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime when required
