The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager (Level L) to lead the Change Integration team for the 767/777 Programs. Reporting to the Director of 777 and Everett Site Business Operations, this position presents an opportunity to lead within a fast-paced, innovative environment and to make a significant contribution to our BCA business outcomes.
The position requires 100% onsite work in Everett, Washington, with minimal travel required.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead multi-program Engineering Change Board Organization for 777 (-9, -8F, -2F) and 767 (Tanker/Freighter).
Execute 767 and 777 Program LT Change operating rhythms including CCB0/1, Change mitigation board, Change Management Homeroom, etc
Partners with Engineering Director, ALIT Leaders, SC and FAB LT in helping stabilize Change value stream, overcome challenges
Leads 30+ employees including first-level managers performing critical change functions.
Leads with the Boeing Values to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and combined team.
Provides mentorship and guidance to develop their direct team and those around them.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Operations, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, and/or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
Minimum 5 years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
