Product & Pricing Domain Expert

As a Product & Pricing Domain Expert, you will provide analysis, advice and solutions for the organization at the regional level by developing and improving Transform & Digital processes for communication, data or software systems according to company objectives.

Key Accountabilities
Facilitate cooperation between the business users and Transform & Digital development to ensure continuity and development of Transform & Digital processes in line with company objectives.

Responsible for complex / multiple business process analysis, design and simulation in the area of responsibility.

Focus on process re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted business systems teams.

Support and facilitate process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices, acting as an internal consultant.

Maintain proper documentation of systems, infrastructure and applications.

May supervise and review work of less experienced personnel and act as project manager in some cases.

Provide training and promote knowledge sharing in Transform & Digital related matters in line with organizational objectives to maintain and enhance the technical competency in the assigned area.

Other requirements
Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English are required.

Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.

Experience
4 to 7 years of relevant Transform & Digital experience.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Process Design / Modeling.

Knowledge and skills
Ability to explain complex solutions and processes to senior management in business terms.

Strong IT skills combined with a good knowledge of business processes.

Proven project or program management skills.

Good experience with business processes re-engineering projects.

Capable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements into business process improvements as well as an information system evolution roadmap.
