Our client is a well-established financial services organization looking for a Bilingual Senior Credit Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex credit decisions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze credit applications and make sound, timely lending decisions.
- Assess risk, ensure appropriate due diligence, and maintain internal controls.
- Review complex applications and provide recommendations on deals exceeding lending limits.
- Support and provide guidance to Credit Investigators.
- Build strong relationships with business partners and provide expert guidance on credit solutions.
- Take a consultative approach to identifying opportunities while maintaining responsible lending practices.
- Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement within the credit team.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of credit analyst/lending experience, ideally with some collections experience.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French – required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Business/Commerce preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, confident, and commercially minded approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and credit/fraud detection tools.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST, including Saturdays and holidays.

Work Arrangement:
Candidates residing in Quebec/Montreal will work fully remotely.
Training: Quebec/Montreal-based candidates will be required to train onsite. Hotel accommodations and travel expenses will be covered. Following training, the role is fully remote.
Ontario residents will follow a hybrid model. No exceptions.
