JOB SUMMARY

At Scottsdale Golf Retreat, the Night Auditor helps ensure every guest ends their day and starts the next one with a seamless experience. You’ll provide overnight front desk support while balancing daily financial activity, preparing reports, and keeping the property running smoothly through the night.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while still delivering warm, personalized hospitality.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Opening Fall 2026, Scottsdale Golf Retreat at Troon North is a one-of-a-kind luxury golf retreat in North Scottsdale. Located adjacent to Troon North Golf Club, the 31-suite boutique property was designed for golf foursomes, group getaways, corporate retreats, celebrations, and travelers looking for a more connected alternative to a traditional resort.

With spacious suite-style accommodations, the Hangout Pool Lounge, resort-style amenities, and customized stay-and-play experiences, Scottsdale Golf Retreat is designed around great golf, the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, and meaningful time together.

As part of the opening team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Complete the nightly audit process and balance daily hotel transactions accurately.
  • Review charges, payments, and reports, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.

  • Prepare the front desk and necessary information for the next day’s team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

  • A dependable, organized, and self-directed approach to your work.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • The ability to stay calm, make sound decisions, and solve problems independently.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems.
  • Previous hotel front desk, night audit, accounting, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
